謹定於2010年6月6日（星期日）上午10時正，在柏智巷門牌21號本俱樂部會所召開2010年度常年會員大會，屆時敬請撥冗出席，共商會務為盼。
議程：
1. 主席致詞
2. 覆准2009年常年大會前期議案
3. 接納義務秘書常年報告
4. 接納義務財政常年報告
5. 討論大會提案(所有提案需在2010年6月1日前，以書面呈達義務秘書)
6. 選舉2010─2012年度理事及查賬2名
註：會員大會結束後將舉行檳城報界俱樂部會員子女獎勵金頒發儀式。

Notice is Hereby given that the Annual General Meeting 2010 of Penang Press Club will be held at the club premise at No.21 Lorong Birch 10250 Penang on 10am, 6th June 2010 (Sunday) .
Agenda:
1. Chairman’s Address
2. Approval of Minutes of the 2009 Annual General Meeting
3. To receive and adopt the annual reports by Hon. Secretary
4. To receive and adopt the annual reports by Hon. Treasurer
5. Discussion of member’s draft resolution (Resolutions must be submitted in writing to the Hon Secretary before 1st June 2010)
6. Election of the of office bearers for 2010-2012 and (2) auditors
Remarks: Penang Press Club’s Scholarship Awards Presentation will be held after Annual General Meeting.
