Notice is Hereby given that the Annual General Meeting 2011 of Penang Press Club will be held at 1926 Heritage Hotel’s Conference Room, Burmah Road, Penang on 7pm, 9th June 2011 (Thursday) ,buffet dinner will be serve from 7pm to 8pm.

Agenda:

1. President’s Address

2. Approval of Minutes of the 2010 Annual General Meeting (as per attached )

3. To receive and adopt the annual reports by Hon. Secretary (as per attached)

4. To receive and adopt the annual reports by Hon. Treasurer (as per attached)

Remarks: Penang Press Club’s Scholarship Awards Presentation will be held in conjunction with Annual General Meeting.
